Graduated from the University of Social Sciences in Oslo and Agronomist training. After 10 years as a family therapist and manager in Child Welfare Services in Oslo and Bergen, she started Cathrine Juell AS in 1984. She has developed the D-SCOR method and has led the company since its inception. Cathrine has extensive experience as a consultant for Norwegian and international businesses. She works with evaluation of profiles, profile feedback, guidance of individuals and groups, as well as development and follow-up of performance teams and entire organisations.
