Data controller

CATHRINE JUELL AS is primarily responsible for processing personal data in our systems.

The managing director is, on behalf of CATHRINE JUELL AS, the data controller for the company's processing of personal data.

Personal data that is stored

We store the following personal data about our customers;

First name and email address of the person who ordered the analysis. We also store the customer's purchase history in our invoicing program (Visma). Only the first name and date of completion of the analysis appear on the invoices.

 

Purpose of the processing

We process the information in order to be able to carry out our obligations according to the agreement with the customer, prepare a profile and possibly a written note with a summary of characteristics and advice for self-development. It involves anonymised name (first name only) and D-SCOR code of new candidates. For candidates we have from before 1.07.2018, name, address, email address, date of birth, current position, education, language and D-SCOR code and mobile number are stored on print.

The basis of the processing

Information about the name and e-mail address of the recipient is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is Article 6 (b) of the Personal Protection Regulation.

Where the customer has consented to this, the information is also used to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone and SMS. The basis for this processing is the Personal Protection Regulation Art 6 (a). The customer can refuse to receive such information from us at any time.

Collection of personal data

We store the personal data the candidate has provided on our websites in connection with completing the profile assessment.

Disclosure of information to third parties

We will not share, sell, transfer or in any other way disclose personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so. We only send to the person and email address the candidate has entered when completing the profile analysis.

Deletion of personal data

Data for the profile analysis, anonymised and encrypted, are stored for up to 10 years.

Every year at the turn of the year, we contact our customers to get an overview of who has quit during the year. We then shred all information about those who have quit.

Information that we are obliged to keep under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the law's requirements.

Rights of the data subject

We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information.

Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.

Information security

We secure your personal data by both physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by anonymisation and encryption. We do not collect or store sensitive personal data.
